The charger was installed perfectly by his team. Overall I was incredibly happy with the service and will be a repeat customer for future needs.

I have to give these guys a lot of credit. We had an issue where we lost half the electricity in our home. Canal Town came out that day to evaluate the problem. They worked with RG&E to figure out the issue. The turn around time was impressive, and within a week they had everything lined up to dig, and replace everything that was needed. That included service box, breaker box and the underground lines in between. Pricing was by far reasonable for the amount of work. Thank you guys!

Canal Town Electric install a Tesla Wall Connector for me. Eric come out and gave me a great estimate and the work was completed the next day by Shawn who was very knowledgeable and efficient with the installation, overall great experience with both guys.

We have used Canal Town Electric for several jobs now. They repaired electrical code violations in our basement, relocated an outlet, moved a smoke detector, installed a whole home surge protector in our main panel, and installed exterior weather-safe outlets. Most recently, they installed an antique crystal chandelier that we recently had restored at Historic Houseparts. The crew was very professional and did a very careful job installing the heavy and fragile chandelier. I'll continue to use these guys and recommend them. Their workmanship and attention to detail is top rate.

Eric , the owner was very professional and had quick appointment and we were going to check out few others but felt comfortable and not wish to waste time with other companies. Contacted Andrew to replace landscape lights in front of my home. Promptly got back to me and stopped over to take a look at the job. Provided a very reasonable proposal and completed the job in a very timely manner. Very happy with his work and communication. Tough finding people these days to not only respond promptly but actually follow up thoroughly and do great work.

I called Canal Town Electric about one of the circuits in my house going out. Eric called me back, I explained the problem in detail, and spent time with me explaining to me what things could possibly be wrong, how they would logically proceed, and, depending on what they find, how much it might cost. I’m no electrician, but I’ve done very minor work, and he suggested some things I could try. I couldn’t fix it, so called to make an appointment. Once again, Eric called back, set up the appointment, and discussed the problem some more with me. But the next morning, following his suggestions, I was able to locate the problem, and canceled the appointment. Once again, Eric called me back to followup on what the problem turned out to be. I really appreciated the fact that he always got back to me, and, knowing I had a bit of experience with minor electrical stuff, spent his time explaining what I could check if I wanted to before making an appointment. He didn’t have to do this - he could have just made an appointment to come out - as I likely would never have found the problem without his suggestions. I hope I don’t have any more issues, but if I ever do, I will definitely give Canal Town Electric a call.

Fabulous!!! My trusted Electrician retired & I was concerned about finding a local, trustworthy company. Eric, the owner promptly replied to my initial inquiry & put me very much at ease. The work was completed today - professionally by one of his employees & at a fair price. I am VERY grateful to have this contact. I do a fair amount of DIY, however know better than to mess with Plumbing & Electrical. Very satisfied. Highly recommend!!!
